Incredible location and property!

Stunning and incredibly clean property right next to the river. Perfect location! The kids could walk / bike wherever they wanted, and every coffee shop / restaurant on our list was within a few blocks away. The whitewater rapids are right next door, making it easy to float or surf if thats what you're looking for. The host communicated beautifully and they are clearly committed to ensuring we had a smooth and wonderful stay. We'll be back next year!

Love the location!

We very much enjoyed the condo. Very clean. Very spacious. Very comfortable. Our favorite part was the location. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the fun activities on the river. We will stay here again.

Salida Convenience

The condo / loft was just like it was described online. Comfortable and concerto downtown Salida, the River and trails. We drove from OK and took our bronco off road. This was a great place to rest after a long day. Comfy bed. Although we did not cook, there were lots of dishes and kitchen items for use. I was glad the host had shampoo/conditioner as I had forgotten mine. We'll be back.

Condo on the Arkansas

This is a great property! It is right on the Arkansas River and is in the heart of downtown so everything is within walking distance. Even though it is downtown, it is quiet as it is not on a main street. The communication with the manager was great!

Wonderful Condo

We loved this darling, perfect condo for our family of 4. It was clean, decorated so cute, and perfect location for us to walk all over Salida. We highly recommend this property and will be back for sure.

Wonderful Salida

Everything was so easy and perfect. The condo was clean and well furnished with than is needed. It was also fun meeting the neighbors who live in the condo and they were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!!

Can't Beat This Location

Right on the river. View of the mountains. Walk out the front door of the building and all of the restaurants and bars are right around the corner. Grocery stores (including Natural Grocers) are only a four minute walk away. Jessica was very responsive. The A/C was having some trouble when we were there, so it did get a little warm, but it wasn't terrible. It's a neat loft setup and the parking garage on the ground floor (rear of the building) was icing on the cake. Huge smart TV in the living room. Great kitchen. Definitely recommend.

Downtown, close to the action and no driving required.

This property is perfectly situated on the river, right downtown with lots of shops, restaurants and even a grocery store within easy walking distance. Great to have the reserved, covered parking and easy, safe access to the garage and condo areas without needing to carry around a key. We had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful Loft in Old Town Salida

Our family had a wonderful stay. The loft had great views and plenty of natural light. It was clean and beautifully decorated and equipped. Great location next to the river in the heart of old town with easy strolling to the many sweet stores and restaurants. Highly recommended. We’ll be back next year!
