The Space
BED CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 3 X Twin Beds / 1 X King Bed + 1 X Twin Bed This bedroom contains plenty of storage space.
Beds will be made up as 1X king and 1X single in this room unless instructed otherwise. Please let us know prior to booking if you need a different bed arrangements.
Bedroom 2: Twin Bed with a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe.
Living Room: Double Sofa Bed

🛋 Sofa Bed Linen Fee – If you’d like to use the sofa bed, there is a small linen fee of £14.50. This covers the extra laundry and housekeeping required to prepare it.
⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability, we can offer early arrivals or later departures at £20 per hour. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this with our housekeeping team.
LIVING AREA: The open-plan living area is decorated to a high standard and includes a 55-inch smart TV and a convertible pool table, which can also be used for ping pong or as a dining table. It’s a perfect space for entertaining, relaxing, or enjoying some friendly competition.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for short or long stays, including a washer/dryer. Whether you’re cooking or ordering in, this kitchen is set up for convenience.
PERFECT FOR GROUPS & LONGER STAYS: With plenty of space and amenities, this apartment is ideal for families, groups, and long-term guests.
HOUSE RULES:
To ensure everyone’s comfort, please observe the following:
- No parties, smoking, or loud noise. Guests will be removed from the property for any breaches of these rules.
- Quiet hours start at 9pm to respect our neighbours.
- No pets allowed to maintain a clean environment.
- Check-in after 3 pm and check-out by 10 am to allow for thorough cleaning.
The house contains CCTV at the front and back of the property.
CHECK-IN DETAILS:
Self-check-in is available anytime after 3 pm via Lockbox.
