A comfortable apartment located in the heart of Salerno, which comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Situated just 5 meters from Piazza Sedile del Campo and 150 meters from the Duomo, the apartment is nestled in a unique atmosphere among the narrow alleys of the historic center (ZTL). The Villa Comunale is just a short walk away, as is Santa Teresa Beach, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the gulf. The 60-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator: please note that you’ll need to climb stairs to access it.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, conventional oven, and electric kettle

- Living room with a double sofa bed, dining table, TV, and split A/C

- Bedroom with a double bed, closet, TV, and split-system air conditioner

- Bathroom equipped with toilet, bidet, and shower stall



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine (OUTSIDE the unit, located in the stairwell at the entrance), drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so it is accessible only on foot or by taxi.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Salerno Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for a fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.

The apartment is located right in the heart of Salerno, a 5-minute walk from the Verdi Theater and the Villa Comunale, the city’s main park, which hosts various events throughout the year, such as the traditional Mostra di Minerva in April and the renowned Luci d’Artista event during the Christmas season.

The historic center is just a short walk away; here you can lose yourself in the charm of the quaint alleyways that bear witness to a past rich in history! The area is full of churches and monuments, as well as an endless selection of all kinds of venues, restaurants, bars, and pizzerias.

A 5-minute walk takes you to the beautiful waterfront and Santa Teresa Beach, where you can admire an enchanting view and stroll while enjoying an ice cream, or go for a run or rent a bike. A 10-minute walk will take you to Piazza Alfano I, where you can visit Salerno Cathedral, the city’s main Catholic place of worship.

Continuing along one of Salerno’s main shopping streets, Via dei Mercanti—a charming, historic street that runs through the entire old town—you’ll reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th-century noble residence that once belonged to one of Salerno’s most prominent families.

Finally, among the main points of interest to visit during your stay, the Arechi Castle is an absolute must-see. The view that unfolds before you once you reach the top of the castle is sublime: a unique panorama overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, stretching from the tip of the Amalfi Coast all the way to Agropoli—it will leave you breathless!
