A bright, recently renovated apartment equipped with all the amenities to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located in the historic center of Salerno, a 2-minute walk from the Cathedral and the Duomo-Via Vernieri train station. Just a 5-minute walk away, the waterfront offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Salerno. Piazza della Concordia and Molo Manfredi, both a 15–20-minute walk away, serve as the starting point for trips to the Amalfi Coast and the islands. Parking space included!



The approximately 60-square-meter apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a building WITHOUT an elevator: you’ll need to climb 5 steps to reach it.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, mini-fridge with a small freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, and microwave

- Living area with dining table, single sleeper chair, and split A/C

- Bedroom with a double bed, single bed, closet, dresser, TV, and split A/C

- Bathroom equipped with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Enclosed balcony.



Additional amenities available to guests: uncovered parking space in a gated, enclosed building parking lot, UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, mosquito screens, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Salerno, amounting to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Salerno Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



For check-ins between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for an additional fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.
