The home is cozy and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the little things, too, like plenty of towels plus baggies and kleenex. The creek and property are lovely, a relaxing place to hang out. This is by far the prettiest house we saw in the historic district. Great renovation work and cheerful/welcoming yellow house. I have stayed at many, many VRBO properties through the years and this was the best experience of all of them. Thanks to Jay for the helpful convo about the area just before we arrived!

House was so cute and as described - though should be clarified that one bathroom is on first floor and other bathroom and both bedrooms are on second floor.Kitchen is very well-equipped and furnishings are comfortable. The patio is exceptional. Took notes on landscaping - theirs is stunning.

Prettiest house in Salem

This absolutely beautiful home was the perfect place for my mom and I to stay for our Willamette Valley garden tour vacation! It exceeded our expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it if you want to stay in a gorgeous house in a great location next to a magical creek! Great location in Salem

We came to visit our daughter who attends Willamette University. The property was in a quiet neighborhood and you could walk to the University and downtown Salem. The home and kitchen were well equipped for all our cooking needs. Had puzzles and games and YouTube TV and was pet friendly for our dog. This is our 2nd stay at this property and plan to stay there again in the future.

House on the creek

Had a fantastic experience at the house! The house was just as described, very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked, perfect for two couples. The patio next to the creek was fantastic! Jay, the manager, was helpful. Would definitely recommend this house!

This house and its location were perfect! Sitting on the patio with coffee in the morning listening to the creek was a perfect wat to start the day! Home is well stocked and we found everything we needed!

Perfect little house

Perfect space for our family with two couples and two teens. Park nearby has a little basketball court for kids to stay entertained (swings and play equipment for the littles). Patio near the creek was perfect for morning coffee as was the second story deck. Loved the yard for our dogs to relax. Kitchen well equipped so we didn’t have to eat out so many meals during our 8 day stay. Neighborhood felt super safe with lots of people walking dogs and enjoying the sunny days. Also close to Minto Brown park for runs and the dog park. Saturday market at capital was super cute. House has lots of charm and we had a really great stay!

Perfect home in Albany

I loved this home! It was exactly as described in listing and much much better than description. It is extremely well appointed. The patio by the stream is relaxing and beautiful. This home is impeccable. It’s the best VRBO I’ve ever visited!!!

Salem Rental

The house was very nice, and the patio, overlooking a stream, was outstanding! Because the central AC is not zoned, it was not very effective. Since there are no screens on the windows, we could not sleep with the windows open. The only issue with the house was that it was stuffy upstairs at night. Other than that one problem, which was helped with a fan, it was possibly the best VRBO rental (out of many) we have ever visited. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the patio alone makes it an outstanding rental.

Gorgeous refurbished 1891 home

We were in Salem for a few days to attend our son’s graduation from law school. We were even more impressed with this home once we actually saw it in person! So beautifully restored! The grounds and landscaping are equally beautiful and the neighborhood was nice as well. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was spotless, and communication with the caretaker to the property was easy with quick responses. We would definitely return to this rental if ever back in Salem!
