"This was the perfect place to stay as we came to watch our daughter graduate from Endicott! The place was roomy and immaculate. We loved the updated kitchen and bath. It’s also walking distance to the Mission Boathouse Restaurant and downtown Beverly."

"We had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful historic house. It was also conveniently close to downtown, which made it easy to explore the area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!"

"The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. "

"We had a great time staying here and exploring not only Boston, but Wakefield too! It was a quick drive to Salem as an added bonus. The house is a perfect homebase with everything you could want. Nearby shops, grocers, and restaurants made even the necessities fun!"

"Amin's apt was clean, well-furnished, conveniently located, well air-conditioned. When it turned out that he couldn't show up to meet me when I arrived, he sent rather cryptic instructions about how to gain access that delayed me for 45 minutes or so. That was not a good start. But after that, everything was fine."

"Sink Faucet in the main bathroom was wobbly,had difficulty turning on cold tap. Wall paint in main bathroom was peeling off. Parking was not that great . We have to park in the street after 7pm if you want free parking. We ended up staying in the property from4pm til 7pm so we can secure the spot where we were parked. We were afraid there won’t be available parking spot if we leave our parking spot. I don’t feel like the bedsheets were freshly laundered. My pillow case doesn’t smell like it was...

"Apartment is nicely renovated and host has made sure you have most everything you need. Super clean and location is convenient to the “T” (5 min walk to Maverick station then accessible to anything). Thanks for a great stay and prompt helpful communication! "
