"Great location. Very quiet yet close to everything. Had everything we needed."

"The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. "

"House was clean and comfortable, area had a convenient store nearby and local restaurants to eat. We had a great stay."

"The pictures were accurate, and the rooms were spacious. However, the space was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell near the entrance. The oven and coffee maker were dirty, and there were chemicals all over the oven. The TV controllers were not working, but they looked for them and gave us replacement controls. Bring your own towels because the ones they provided had a bad smell, even though we only used them to step on after showering. Considering the price, I don’t think it was worth it."

"Delightful place to stay. Only glitch was that there is another unit upstairs. It was occupied by a family with at least one small child who was very heavy footed and was often up and moving during late evening/early morning times."

"Apartment is nicely renovated and host has made sure you have most everything you need. Super clean and location is convenient to the “T” (5 min walk to Maverick station then accessible to anything). Thanks for a great stay and prompt helpful communication! "

"Amin's apt was clean, well-furnished, conveniently located, well air-conditioned. When it turned out that he couldn't show up to meet me when I arrived, he sent rather cryptic instructions about how to gain access that delayed me for 45 minutes or so. That was not a good start. But after that, everything was fine."
