I also appreciated the easy checkout process. Only improvement I would make is it could have been cleaner. A towel was left hanging on a chair in the kitchen, and hair in the tub and on the ground in the bathroom. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this waterfront condo enormously. It was within easy walking distance to everything -- shops, restaurants, galleries, etc. The condo itself was thoughtfully appointed and sparkling clean. "

"The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. "

"Amin's apt was clean, well-furnished, conveniently located, well air-conditioned. "The pictures were accurate, and the rooms were spacious. However, the space was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell near the entrance. The oven and coffee maker were dirty, and there were chemicals all over the oven. The TV controllers were not working, but they looked for them and gave us replacement controls. Bring your own towels because the ones they provided had a bad smell, even though we only used them to step on after showering. Considering the price, I don’t think it was worth it."
