"Everything was clean and well stocked for any cooking we had to do. The area for the animals was great and they did good during their stay. We were very pleased."

"The place was perfect! Very clean, great location. Wineries , Hiking and fishing were all close. We spent most of our evenings relaxing at the fire pit. The additional welcome basket with restaurant suggestions and other activities topped it off. Thanks for a great weekend !"

"The only issue was the steps down to the dock. We knew there were some but did not realize how steep it was. Sadly my husband has COPD and it was a difficult climb down and up. Once he got down there he had tostay because he could only get up the steps once. Other than that the place was lovely and we enjoyed our stay."

"The house and surrounding property were very well kept and very clean. At night the property is very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Carrollton is a great place to visit and we enjoyed breakfast at the airport restaurant. Enjoyed this stay and would highly recommend this rental property!"

"Home is very clean, fast and easy communication with owner, close proximity to stores, gas stations, boat ramp, walking path, and restaurants. "

"The house was beautiful. I believe better than the pictures. Owner was the best. Will definitely stay there again."

"Our stay (mid-September) was great. Space is large, clean, and tastefully decorated. Appliances are all very new. Kitchen is extremely well-equipped; you will not have to bring anything. Main bedroom bed is very comfy (down comforter!). A few steps away from a State Park forest with hiking and mountain bike trails. Extremely quiet and fresh, clean air. Will be back many times, I'm sure."

"Lakeside Acres has set the highest standard of cleanliness, supplies, communication for a relaxing stay. Everything necessary for a complete vacation is stocked. Pool, games of all sorts, pin ball machine, hot tub, kayaks, and much more. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, cups, and pots and pans. Would highly recommend staying at Lakeside Acres."

"Property was beautiful, overlooking the lake, with a nice porch and some chairs to enjoy the view. We actually met the owner in person while our son was riding his bike, and had a lovely conversation with him...and later during our stay our son played for a bit with his grandson, which was awesome. Home met our needs for my somewhat handicapped father, with 2 entrances and 2 steps to enter (smaller step on the porch and to enter through the slider). Jim went above and beyond by laying down...
