"House was nice. It was clean and well located. As it is an older home, it did have some quirks, such as sagging floors in the kitchen but was functional. Price was good. Only issue was that the dock was not installed, so getting the boats in the water was a bit of an issue. We were told that there was a swimming area down the road, but it was locked and the owner was unable to get us the combination. I think these would have been good things to know, but we still had a nice time"

"This house is absolutely gorgeous and the spaces for the most part were curated well. The price was very reasonable. The communication with the host was quick. While we appreciated the items above we had a few issues with the description of the listing. "We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches."
