The stay was good. The lights were very dim. Our door was not opening and we had to go to a wedding function which got us delayed.

Pretty outdated and ordinary room: very old furniture with strip lighting, a noisy air conditioner with no remote control. Abrupt service with other customers and myself. Noisy location.

Dirty AC filters, cleaned myself. Broken electrical switch, fan in bathroom useless. Shower taps wrong way, eg: hot on the right, cold on left. (Pretty sure that breaches building codes)

I really appreciated the friendly service. It was really refreshing. The facilities have all the basic needs and are in a process of an upgrade so the rooms will only get better.

A room with easy ground floor access was available by request with a walking path without any steps around an inaccessable area in front of the room (with sign clearly indicating to keep to the path) Very comfortable large room, very comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower - non-slip shower mat immediately available on request. Very hot water - great for doing dishes - microwave, good size fridge, real dinnerplates and cutlery etc all supplied. Healthy Breakfast Boxes (available at extra cost) were just great. Lighting is dim. Great for relaxing and very reasonable priced. Friendly, helpful staff on the premises.

I liked it a lot however cleaning was not done properly,didnt vacuum our room after first night and no fresh towels second day either they did beds restocked fridge etc but felt it was half the job done.my only observation.

Hi Amanda,Thank you for your review.A service is to restock incidentals, make bed, clean toilet and pick up and replace towels if left on floor and wash all crockery. If you wanted any extra cleaning done for one night just ask at reception and they are happy to help you.

Well presented, welcomed on arrival, room was nice and comfortable having the couch and dining table was great and the spa was awesome. Can I suggest if you stay here, if possible, don't shower after 10 pm. The pipes are loud and squealy and I woke up with a fright at 1am only to realise it was the showers goingg in the next room.

If you enjoy retro experience. Everything from the radio to the aircon looks to be from the 1980s. Old... but clean and well kept. Was not cheap though and could have offered more for the price.
