"The flat is spacious and clean, well located near the high street with plenty of restaurants and shops. We really appreciated all the clear instructions in the house manual and the basic kitchen supplies the hosts had left for us. Checking in and communicating with the host was very straight forward. Overall a very comfortable and uncomplicated stay. Thank you!"

The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. "We recieved information about how to access the building which was incorrect. The code did not work. We called the number provided and received the correct code relatively quickly. The heaters were not switched on and the rooms were cold in the morning. We ran out if hotwater when one of us was in the shower. There was no instructions about hot water being limited. The kitchen tap was broken although you could get water from it, it was very loose. Not many cups and glasses. Difficult to get from...
