"Fantastic location just yards from Palolem Beach; literally about a minutes walk through the Copa Cabana beach hut and you are there. Extremely clean and comfortable to just about everywhere else I have stayed in India. Owners are always on hand to help and advise. Comfy bed, great air con. I planned to stay 4 days but just kept extending my stay. Palolem Beach has got to be one of the worlds best, beautiful views, loads of bars and restaurants and calm, warm sea. Loved it here."

"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this...
