beautiful modern property with amazing views

Very modern property. The jacuzzi on the verandah was just perfect! Even though the weather wasn't great all days we were there, we really enjoyed the luxurious facilities and spacious property. Despite a minor issue with the cleaning, the hosts were very responsive and addressed it asap. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

beautiful stay!

highly recommend. house was beautifully cleaned, fully furnished and stocked up with all the essentials. lots of space for all ages/interests. incredible view, pizza oven that gave us a night of great memories, a spa we couldn't get enough of...loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great winter weekend getaway with 2 other families.Although the weather wasn’t great, it didn’t matter cos we got to hang out in the spa all weekend, which is undercover and big enough for everyone (just needed to be a few degrees warmer). Location was good being walk distance to restaurants at Bannisters.House has almost everything you need except there were a few things we thought could have been better for the price you pay and the “luxury” status of the house. But overall things were good!

Beautiful stay

We enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. However, had a lot of concerns with the cleanliness of the property which took away from the experience. Did not feel like we got what we paid for considering the couch was extremely dirty and had a smell. The property managers were helpful and communicated well with us regarding our concerns. We did experience a storm and power outage so that affected our holiday as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As there was 7 Adult Men all sharing the house for the purpose of a Cox Plate Weekend it was absolutely spot on for a group of our size. The location and view is Spectacular and all bedding was more than adequate. The kitchen and bathrooms were of top standard. Nothing within the house is of a low standard but of the highest to the extreme. We will definitely be re booking again next year.

Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at The Pinnacle and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay.The listing was accurate — the layout, location, and amenities were as described, and the home was even more spacious and comfortable in person. Everything was tidy and well-maintained. We didn't want to leave the house. In particular, the pictures of the spa didn't do it justice and we were very happily surprised.I'd seen some reviews mentioning issues with the neighbours, however that was not our experience at all. They were very friendly and happy to recommend local restaurants & attractions.The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was always clear and they were responsive to feedback about some very minor points.All in all, it was a great experience and we’d happily return again or recommend it to friends and family!

This was unexpected and slightly inconvenient.Spa Lid: We were advised to keep the spa covered, but there was no lid present upon arrival. Unfortunately, this meant the spa couldn’t maintain its temperature during our stay.Missing Batteries: Several remote controls were missing batteries, making it difficult to use certain features.Spa Instructions: We tried to use the spa’s bubbles feature, but the instructions provided were inaccurate, and we couldn't get it to work.These are relatively small details but collectively impacted our overall enjoyment of the stay.Lastly, we were approached by the neighbors within the first five minutes of our arrival, asking us to turn off the lights and be mindful of our usage. While we understand the importance of being respectful, this initial interaction wasn’t the warmest way to start our holiday. Overall a great stay but disappointed with the spa tub

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is lovely and was clean. Overall, we were happy but we were disappointed with the spa. You can’t manually adjust it and I was told that the heat pump runs from 7am to 9pm and this can’t be changed due to council regulations. However, we could hardly hear it so I doubt it would be an issue to have it on. Effectively we couldn’t use the spa most of the times as it was simply not warm enough. Incredibly disappointing since the main reason we booked the house was for the spa and view.

Overall good except a few issues

Reviewer Comments: Overall experience was great - the property was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and the view was amazing and very spacious for 11 of us. We had a few issues - 1. Unprofessional staff: Some of towel was located on the bed while some of them were hidden underneath bed sheets and we had 1 towel missing that I rang the office next day and Sam (if I recalled right) asked me to count the towel and when I called him 2nd time, he said we have the right number of towel because I updated guest agreement for the number of 10. I found it was not professional and definitely not the best customer experience. I should not and also do not want to count the towel when I'm on holiday and paid a fair amount of money for the accommodation, not to mention this property has 3 levels. This was quite disappointing as I found all of staffs were quite friendly and professional. The second issue was the air conditioner/heater was not working in the 2nd bedroom on the middle floor but we managed to sleep.
