Everything was wonderful. The only problem we had was when we went to dinner at the tuscana grill. We waited 2 hours for a pizza which was ridiculous. Other than that the stay was fantastic

I like this property's atmosphere, the space is clean, friendly & easy to get around. One thing we noticed is that on the 2nd floor there isn't an easy to find elevator sign to go up to the floors to get to your room.

Really liked easy parking and access to casino and hotel. Family enjoyed casino, several dining options, spa. Rooms well apppointed. Just a fun place.

We enjoyed our stay very much, very clean and everyone was helpful and friendly. I just wish that dining was not so expensive, at least not for the ones that are staying there and actually gambling. It would also be nice to have a little more room for the smoking customers. Other than that we WILL be back again.

First time booking through expedia and my order got stuck in the system. Took forever to get my room. Never had an issue ordering a room through the casino. Will not use Expedia again.

Attended an event. Everything was handled exceptional. Check-in by phone is a great option. If I get back to this area again, this hotel will be my first choice.

The staff was outstanding. However, Expedia was terrible. When I try to check in, the resort did not have my reservation. I was able to show the staff the information that I had received on my phone. They called Expedia and it took them an hour to get it straightened out. The staff when out of their way to get it right and even discounted the resort fees for us. I will be staying at the resort again in the future, but I don’t know if I would use Expedia again.

This was on of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Room and casino was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful at all aspects of our visit. Checking in and out, casino, dining valet. I would recommend to everyone looking for getaway!!!!

Well priced. Easy self-parking. Helpful, polite staff. Large rooms. Coffee in room is pretty bad but there's good coffee for purchase on the restaurant floor so not a big deal.

It was my first stay at the hotel. Parking was kind of confusing. I booked through a 3rd party which I always do and always request a free breakfast and pool. I was told that because I booked through a third party I was not entitled to a free breakfast. This is totally unacceptable and I have never been told that... Ever. Not happy about that at all

The only thing that we didn’t like was the buffet at the casino. It the past it was well worth the money. Would pass on it next time as the food wasn’t that good for the price. Rooms were great.
