"The host did not communicate with us before arrival. When we were about 30 minutes away and already past our scheduled check-in time, we contacted the host for the access code but received no response. After several unsuccessful attempts, we reached out to VRBO customer service, who then tried to contact the host.Only after VRBO became involved did the host respond, stating there was a plumbing issue and that the property could not be rented. Fortunately, VRBO stepped in and helped resolve the...

"I tried multiple times to communicate with this host prior to scheduled day to confirm booking. I had zero response from the host, I wanted to make contact with this host due to other poor reviews about booking. However, this host never replied to any messages. The day I was supposed to stay at this property I showed up and was given the wrong checkin code. After calling the host they informed me that there was "no running water" and had to cancel my stay. They canceled my stay at the time of...

"Clean and quiet place. Enjoyed it. "

"This beautifully maintained home provided everything we could possibly have needed, and the property offered the quiet country living we desperately craved. There were so many wonderful animals to enjoy, and our host was terrific at communicating! Among many extras included were swings under the huge shade trees, rocking chairs on the porch, a beautiful fire pit, etc. Best of all, our dogs were made to feel just as welcome as my husband and I were! We would love to return!"

"The house is very pretty and clean on the inside. No great shakes on the outside, but it is similar to other placer\s we've stayed in Killeen in those terms and is on par with the neighborhood. The host was great, and worked with us on the first night on a few small issues and made sure they were done before cutting out for the night. It also convenient to almost everything, basically 4 minutes to the main highway. I would highly reccommend."

"Clean, prepare, a very nice stay"

"The property was outstanding in all aspects! Super clean and organized. This property is huge! Can't bother or be bothered for any body around the house, all rooms were fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Our family spent a very good weekend there and will go back anytime. Super recommended!"
