"Incredible stay and experience at 軽井沢森四季! The staff was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed including making 2 amazing meals for our group. The 緑 cabin was the perfect size for our 6 person group and we were really able to utilize the space and location to maximize our time in Karuizawa. We especially loved the wood burning stove in the cabin and used it during a snowstorm to have the coziest night of our trip. I highly recommend anyone interested take advantage of this...

"スマートキーがが使えなかったため、物理機での鍵の解除になっていた。 メールを読んだときに説明はあったが、鍵穴の位置や注意書きみたいなものはなかった。あったのかもしれないが、私の理解が乏しく理解できなかったのかも。 電子錠が使えないならば、メールだけではなく、 物理的にスマートキーを押せないように使用禁止の紙を貼る。 物理キーはここ。 鍵穴はここ。 と写真や説明書き指示をいただかなくては全く解除にたどり着きません。 以前、スマートキーは使えていたため、それと同じと思ってしまった。よくよく理解しようとしない。私もいけないが、 スマートキーが壊れている。もしくは使えなくなっている旨をもっとはっきり伝えていただけなかったため、大きく時間のロスができた。"
