"Our family of five adults had a wonderful 5 night stay in Shinjuku! The home was spacious and set in a very quiet neighborhood, which made it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed—including a coffee maker, coffee and toaster, which were such a treat to find in Japan. "Our group loved our stay here! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busier Tokyo Areas. The house is conveniently only 2 minutes away from a 7/11 and FamilyMart, and 8 minutes away from the train station. While being on the smaller side, the property is still well-kept, and cozy. The owner communicated well through emails, but some instructions were harder to decipher as an English speaker. Overall, a great stay!"

"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

"We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a group of 5 people and the place was very comfortable for us, with extra space that we ended up using. It was an extremely convenient location within close walking distance of two different train stations, convenience stores, and other shops and food places.
