The most comfortable beds in Saipan. The staff is incredible and works hard to make sure everything is perfect. You will not regret your stay. The restaurant will please any appetite.

Good Hotel needs better arrival support
Very nice hotel with a great location. Perfect for our studies of the Battle for Saipan. Customer service could have been much better—when surveying in October I noted they had a 15 passenger van. It had a huge cargo compartment that was not available to me with a Hertz van rental. We made an awkward arrival and departure with luggage piled into our van. They could have and I think should have helped us with transfers at airport which was only 10 minutes away. Only stain on an otherwise very satisfactory stay of 32 sleep nights.

The room upgrade was nice but outside the main hotel and when it rained, I got soaked. I opted to move to main hotel. The staff were all super nice and accommodating. Got to meet new manager- Mr Ahn and the front staff- Nesy, Lota and Dee were all super helpful. Tess of housekeeping was also accommodating. Thank you and looking forward to seeing everyone on our next stay.

숙박을 위한 매우 적합한 숙소
숙소 청결 상태 매우 좋아요. 세탁실이 잘 되어 있어 물놀이 후 정리 잘 할 수 있었어요. 직원들은 매우 친절해요. 문의 사항 많았는데 언제나 웃으며 일일이 다 대응해 주셨어요. 바로 앞에 있는 바다는 정말 환상적이었어요. 다운타운과 멀지만 섬이 크지 않아 별 문제 안됐어요. 택시로 이동 가능한 거리에 있어요. 다음에 사이판 와도 여기에서 묵을겁니다.

Everyone was super friendly, room was clean and had a very fancy feel, there was a laundry room you could use for free which was a huge plus for me and my family. The restaurant behind the hotel was absolutely delicious and there’s a cafe just several feet away. We had a great experience, and we would book again in the future.

Surfrider has great customer service from the front desk to the cleaning ladies I interacted with. Very accommodating and the location is a good central location for visitors planning to go to every part of the island.

The staff was extremely helpful. The friendliest staff I've ever seen in hotels in Saipan. However, there were glitches...the safe didn't work, and there were issues with the floor. The bathroom floor was very slippery and it took me a LONG time to adjust the temperatures of the showers. It was overall a very pleasant place to stay, because of the staff and the cleanliness.

Great boutique hotel steps from the beach, and very convenient to the airport. Our room was modern, clean, comfortable and had plenty of convenient outlets to charge all of our electronic devices. The laundry room was much appreciated - bought some detergent at the front desk for $1/pack. This was just what we needed at the end of a trip across numerous islands in Micronesia. Nice beach out back, with a lovely sunset view. The water was pretty shallow for quite a ways out. Harvest Bakery was perfect for lunch & breakfast, and we enjoyed a dinner at the Surf Club restaurant during sunset.

Very nice staff, clean property. Rooms outside on the balcony had metal doors and manual key locks, a little outdated and not the best with safety in mind. Expedia advertises this property as having a hot tub and they do not. Room also did not have a safety deposit box. Toilet in room kept running which was annoying.

Our online partner, Expedia, is posting through the information we provide, and the items and descriptions posted are not false. The hot tub is located on our executive level and Governor suite and Ocean Spa. so Please we hope you stay in our hotel executive room to your satisfaction and we will try to provide better service next visiting saipan. In addition, problems with safety boxes and toilets have already been identified and dealt with through the management department. The staff are all great at Surfrider. Love staying here. The restaurant next to the beach is perfect for Saipan and Theo bakery has so much yummy home baked bread.
