큰 욕심없으면 그냥 지낼만함
가족여행으로 스위트 2베드룸으로 예약했다. 다른 편의시설은 특별히 없고 주차장도 좁고 1층 카운터옆에 생수정수기가 있는 정도. 방에 커피포트 없고 헤어드라이는 있음. 1월말에 내가 갔을 때는 1층 식당은 운영 안했는데 그때만 그런게 아닌 것 같았음. 근처 식당 걸어서 가면 되니 큰 문제 안됨. 나는 오전, 오후 액티비티 중심이라 말 그대로 잠 자는게 주된 목적이었음. 시설이 오래되어 화장실 냄새가 많이 남. 매일 룸클린을 요청해야 함. 2박은 3층. 2박은 2층이었는데 2층이 좀더 괜찮음. 침대는 단단해서 그나마 좋은 점이었음.

The room had stinky smell that smelled like maybe the toilet was not sealed properly. Also there was a sign that said not to put toilet paper in the toilet, so I I think the toilet was the culprit. Welcome to the third world.

One of the worst I’ve ever stayed at.Saipan Galler
There was dirt on the walls and the bed was hard as a rock,. The shower had a strong smell of sewage coming up from the drain .The bathroom sink leaked all over when you turned it on.Television has five channels, to Chinese, one green, one Japanese and one English. And all of these are simply taped on a 2 Hour Loop . One of the worst I’ve ever stayed at.

DFSに近いだけのホテル
従業員は親切。でも、部屋はカビ臭く、シャワーも汚く、お湯もぬるい。車の音もうるさい。できれば、泊らないほうがいい。

적당한 가격, 완벽한 위치, 새벽비행기 이용시 괜춘
일단 바로앞이 갤러리아 면세점, 아이러브사이판 건물이 위치하고 있음 렌트카를 빌리지 않았다면 피에스타에 경우는 그냥 캐리어 끌고 슬슬 걸어갈수 있음 한국 모텔이라고 시설은 생각하면 됨, 샤워부스에 비치된 샴푸도 미장센이었음 새벽비행기로 도착한다면 왠만한 리조트들이 얼리체크인이 안되기 때문에 20~30 쓸돈으로 렌트카 빌리고 이런 숙소 잡는것을 추천함

가라판 시내, 기념품 샵 및 갤러리아 면세점과 가까운 호텔
코 앞이 기념품 샵과 갤러리아 면세점이라 쇼핑하기에는 엄청 편리했습니다. 마이크로 비치를 끼고 있는 하얏트나 피에스타에 비해 숙박 시설 수준은 조금 떨어지지만, 머무는 데에는 크게 문제 없었습니다. 샤워기 수압이 조금 약했던 것을 제외하면, 전반적으로 무난한 호텔이었습니다.

Safety is an issue
I'm one for hotel on a budget but this hotel did not live up to that. The air conditioning smelled like mold, used slippers, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for guests, and you aren't supposed to flush toilet paper down the toilet. But above all, I worried about my safety. The day I checked in, a man was sitting in the lobby. When I got my key and opened the elevator, he ran up the stairs. Worried about my safety, I waited downstairs for him to come back down, which was about ten minutes later. I took a picture of him and was told he's hotel maintenance. Two days later around midnight, my husband was standing near our hotel door and someone tried to open it from the outside. When he opened the door, it was that same man. When I checked out, I told the front desk attendant about my experience and suggested they wear uniforms or at least a pin that shows they are hotel staff but under no circumstances should they attempt to open a door so late at night when they know the guests are in the room. If safety is a concern when you travel, do not stay here.

Hotel needs an upgrade
Challenging. Bed is hard, parking space is very limited, no balcony, staff wasn't has much help. Cable tv was only in Asian languages

The front Desk Clerk Evelyn who works on the grave yard shift was very helpful and tried her best to accommodate our stay. She went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. The other staff was okay.

It's a great MOTEL
Understand that my rating is based on the fact that this is a 3 star hotel. Great experience except for the parking. Staff and friends of staff will take up most of the limited parking. They'll move if you ask but you shouldn't have to ask everyday. The staff was phenomenal which made the stay so pleasant. The rooms were clean but I wasn't being picky. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

부담없는 가격으로 이용하기 좋은 호텔
사이판에서 2개의 호텔을 이용(갤러리아3일, 하얏트3일) 저렴한 가격으로 큰 기대를 하지 않았으나 좋은 위치, 괜찮은 룸 컨디션으로 매우 만족. 아이러브사이판 후문이 바로 호텔 앞에 있어서 티갤러리아로 가기도 좋고 마이크로비치, 가라판시내도 가까워서 좋았음. 호텔에서의 전망, 테라스가 없어서 조금 아쉬웠으나 이 정도 가격에는 더할나위 없음!

寝て泊まるだけならよし！ すぐ目の前に、 メイン通り！ お土産や お食事にこまりません！ 部屋は普通のモーテルです。

このクラスのホテルだとエレベーターがないのが普通だが、完備されている。 バルコニーが無いので、タバコ、干物が辛い。また駐車スペースがすくないので、 レンタカー利用だと大変だった。バスタブ無しだが、シャワーは温度、水圧とも申し分ない。ベットは少し固めだが私には快適な硬さだった。目の前がアイラブサイパンというロケーションはとってもよい。

хороший отель в центре города, пляж в пешей доступности. 200м от отеля влево турбюро,выбор туров правда не велик. проблемы с сантехникой в номере за два дня не решились.

quite alright
The location was good, right on the corner of city. honestly i didnt expect much from 3 stars hotel but the room was big and clean enuff. staff was friendly as well.

전반적으로 곰팡이 냄새가 남 화장실의 모든 물품이 녹슬어 있으며, 물이 잘 안나옴 침구 상태가 불량하여 옷입고 배게에 옷을 덮고잤음 위생을 원한다면 다른곳을 알아보는게 좋을 것 같다는 의견임

가라판 중심이라 이동성최고!! 피에스타가서 놀아도되고~ 먹거리 가깝고 짱!!
직원도 친절하고~ 객실도 나름 괜찮고.. 위치가 완전 죽이는위치 ㅋㅋ 단, 샤워기의 물세기가 좀 약해서 ㅠㅠ

立地は最高
タイトル通りで立地は最高です。あとは値段なりのサービスです。 フロントの対応は良いと思えるところは皆無でハウスキーパーもそれなりでした。 値段の割には立地がいいというだけのホテル

다시 선택하지 않을 호텔
첫날 새벽 도착이라 게스트하우스나 저렴한 호텔 중에 선택해서 고른 갤러리아 호텔. 새벽에 도착했는데 더운 날씨에 에어컨도 안나오고, 처리도 제대로 안해줌. 가장 큰 문제는 물이었음. 밤에 샤워하는데 엄청 뜨거운 물만 나와서 겨우 씻고, 다음날 아침에는 물이 전혀 한방울도 나오지 않아서 씻지도 못하고 나왔음. 아무리 저렴한 호텔이라도 시설이 너무 별로였음. 그나마 침구는 잘 정리되어 있어서 잠은 잘 잤음.

町の中心部にある便利なﾎﾃﾙ
部屋のエアコンの温度が調節できず、つけると冷えすぎて寒かった スタッフの人たちは非常にフレンドリーだった 部屋は広くゆとりを持って過ごせた

위치 진짜 최고!!!!!! 아이러브사이판 맞은편이고 마이크로비치랑 가까움^^ 갔을때 태풍이 왔었는데 한국인 매니저님의 침착한 대처와 통솔을 너무 잘하셔서 같이 있었던 사람들 모두 무사했구요(다른호텔은 다친사람있었음) 개미는 없었어요... 매일 청소해주시고... 태풍왔었는데 호텔이 자가발전전기가 아니라서 전기가 나갔다는 단점이...ㅠㅠ

清潔で観光の立地よし
とても清潔で部屋も広いです。 毎日部屋をクリーンにしてタオルも変えてくれます。 スタッフは中国語、韓国語、英語が基本的にできるようで、日本語はほとんど通じませんが、 笑顔でとても親切に対応してくれます。 DFSがすぐ目の前にあり、ショッピング、食事、ビーチに徒歩5分の好立地です。 ただし、今回巨大な台風に巻き込まれ、ずっと停電していました。 ジェネレーターがないため電気の復旧には数週間かかるとのことでした。 水はでたので、トイレやシャワーはかろうじて大丈夫でした。 今回は超巨大台風にあたり運が悪く、稀なことだったかもしれないですが、 災害時には少し設備が弱いかもしれないです。 イマージェンシーの場合を心配される場合は少し値段は高くても 大きいホテルを考えた方が良いです。 英語に多少不自由しない程度の旅行者であれば問題ないです。 通常であれば本当に快適なホテルです。
