We are very sorry for the miscommunication with the use of our swimming pool. It is definitely included in our hotel amenities. We actually tried to reach out to your room extension number after the regular pool maintenance was done but unfortunately you we're not in your room. Also tried to contact the phone number you gave to Front Desk using our staff's personal phone (670) 287-5230 but sadly it was not answered. We apologize also for the microwave, it's available for use anytime in the Front Desk. We could also provide microwave upon guest request. We do appreciate your suggestion with regards to the updating of our bathroom and kitchen, rest assured that it will be properly addressed.Again, thank you and looking forward on seeing you again in our hotel on your next visit to Saipan. Dear Mr. Guest, Sorry for the inconvenience that you have experienced in our hotel but with all due respect Sir,please allow us to state our side. Ants are usual in our island due to our tropical climate but if you just allow our housekeepers to clean your room everyday,this problem should have been avoided. With regards to the deadbolt,it was immediately attended by our maintenance when you reported but apparently you were able to open it right before the came to fix it. Does the daily knock in your door by our housekeepers mean harassment to you Sir?They are knocking merely because they wanted to clean and keep your room tidy.You should have reported to front desk if you have been threatened or harassed by anyone,but so far we have not received or heard any from you. Your length of stay (19 days) to be exact, let us assumed that you are perfectly happy with our service,aside from the fact that you even extended for 1 more night and requested for the exact same room.Hence your review to us says the opposite and we really wonder why. Again,sorry for the inconvenience that we may have caused you and looking forward on having you again in our hotel. Stay safe and have a great weekend ahead!!
