"The location of this property is fantastic. It has all of the essentials and is overall a good setup for a short stay. The amount of the damage deposit and method of payment could be clarified better in the description, as this came as a surprise. Overall clean property and comfortable stay."

"We can't say enough about our stay at Le Beau Marais. Nicholas and Augustine were wonderful... in every way accommodating. From working to meet us upon arrival, to inviting to reach out during the week to address any concerns, from correcting a minor issue to keeping our bags after check-out, we were greatly attended. The room was beautiful, the location perfect. Our stay at Le Beau Marais provided an incredible backdrop for our 25th wedding Anniversary week. Thank you!!"

"Wonderful neighbourhood. Ideal location. Classic Parisien experience. Rental unit was not very well maintained. Host was apologetic and responded to complaints very quickly. Disappointing in that the unit could easily be elevated to a superior level with a modicum of effort. "

"The elevator didnt even worked and we had to carry the luggage over 6 floors, then the room flooded and we couldnt take a bath because the ducts were blocked, and we couldnt bath ourselves in 3 days. Also picking up and delivering the keys in another location generates a extra cost so its terrible.
So please don’t reserve this property, go to a hotel"

"We enjoyed our stay here. It is as advertised. Location is good. It is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to get to some lively areas for food and entertainment. Only issue is that it was pretty hot in the unit so be prepared to sweat a bit if you go during the summer. The apartment has no AC which we knew going in. There were some fans in the unit but they didn’t work. When I reached out to the management team, I was informed that they were not part of the amenities listed and just left by prior...

"Appartement poétique, avec sa vue sur les toits en zinc, extrêmement agréable à vivre: nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur, lumineux et ventilé grâce aux grandes fenêtres, matériaux agréables ( bois au sol, rideaux en lin…), literie confortable, calme de l’immeuble, quartier vivant. Seule limite: être en pleine possession de ses moyens, pour monter et descendre les 6 étages. Nous avons été heureux de vivre dans cet appartement."
