The heart of the house is its magnificent 100 m² orangery – a bright and versatile space where everyone can gather to dine, relax and celebrate together throughout the year. Whether you are planning a family holiday, a special birthday, a reunion with friends or simply a relaxing escape, the property offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces designed for shared moments and lasting memories. The accommodation comprises a beautifully restored 200-year old cottage which offers flexible comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people.

Bedlinen and towels:
We are an eco-friendly hotel.
Hand soap, shower gel, kitchen essentials and toilet paper are provided. And so is Tassimo Coffee!!

For stays of 7+ nights:
Sheets and towels are provided for stays of one week or more.

For shorter stays of less than 7 nights:
Bedsheets and towels are not provided. Please, bring your own.

Bed sizes are as follows:
Master bedroom: 1 x Queen: 160x200
Bedroom 2: 1 x Double: 140 x 200
Bedroom 3: 1 x Large Single: 120 x 200
1 x Double futon: 140 x 200
Ground Floor bedroom:
1 x Sofa bed: 120 x 200
2 x Chauffeuses 60 x 200
Living room: 1 x Sofa bed: 120 x 200

Duvet sizes are as follows:
4 x Single: 140 x 200
3 x Double: 200 x 200
1 x Queen: 220 x 200

There are also additional warmer winter duvets and blankets if required.

Should you wish to have bedlinen and towels, this can be provided at the additional cost of 10 euros per individual guest, 15 euros per couple. Please, let us know at least 24 hrs ahead of your arrival.

Polite Notice - Respecting our neighbourhood:
The property is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Small, quiet gatherings in the orangery—such as children’s daytime birthday parties or family dinners—may be permitted subject to prior authorisation. Larger events and late-night celebrations are not permitted.

All large gatherings must be agreed in advance with the host. Any additional guests beyond those included in the Gite reservation must be declared and will incur an additional fee.

Guests are kindly requested to respect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood. Noise levels, including music, must be kept to an absolute minimum before 23:00, both indoors and outdoors. No music is allowed in the orangery after 23:00.
Any non-compliance with these rules will be reported directly to Airbnb, and we reserve the right to apply a 500 euros penalty.

Household waste and recycling:
We regret to inform you that due to recent changes to taxation in relation to rubbish collections, from 1st May 2026, we are no longer able to keep and dispose of your recycling or general waste. Please, accept our most sincere apologies for this but we have been left with no choice by the local council.

Further information about where and how to dispose of all household waste and recycling are included in your Welcome Pack a copy of which you will receive no later than 24 hrs before your arrival. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Polite notice: any household waste and recycling left on the premises will be subject to a 40 euros charge per bag.
