"Cuando llegamos al hotel el recepcionista nos dice que hoteles.com no le había enviado la reserva aunque a nosotros nos aparece como confirmada,aún así nos la hace al mismo precio al que la habíamos reservado(cuidado porque a partir de las 22:00 no hay nadie en recepción).
