Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette superbe maison bien équipé disposant d’un emplacement idéal. La maison est très spacieuse, lumineuse, fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié fortement la piscine.

Wir haben das geräumige Haus, die gute Ausstattung (einschl. Gasgrill von Weber) und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand sehr genossen! Die ruhige Nachbarschaft und der Salzwasserpool haben sehr zur Erholung beigetragen. Wir haben die zwei Wochen in vollen Zügen genossen!

Nous avons passé un super sejour dans la villa Amelia. La maison est plus qu'agréable, baignée de lumière et au calme. Tout est facilement accessible en vélo et en toute sécurité sur les pistes cyclables. Et la récompense de la piscine bien chauffée par les rayons du soleil est un plus très appréciable apres une journée de balade.Merci pour l'accueil 5 étoiles !

Formidable séjour à l'île de ré

Maison très agréable à quelques mètres seulement de la plage. Très spacieuse, 4 chambres, communication facile. A recommander ++

Toller Urlaub

Wir sind als 4-köpfige Familie verreist. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr ruhig gelegen. 2. Reihe zum Meer. Bei Flut ist das Rauschen zu hören :-) Wir haben viel gekocht und gegrillt(WEBER/Gas). Das Haus hat inzwischen Sonnenschutz an der Terasse und im Garten (alte Fotos). Mit dem Fahrrad sind Fischgeschäft, Metzger, Käse, Bäcker und tgl. Markt innerhalb 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Den Strand vor Ort haben wir nur zum Surfer schauen und spazieren genutzt (steinig). Unser Lieblingsstrand, 15 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Die Insel erkundet man auch am Besten per Fahrrad. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Anne ist nur auf französisch, was aber Dank google kein Problem war. Mein Tip: Thermobecher mitnehmen und den ersten Kaffee/Tee auf der Bank am Strand (2 min)genießen. Wir sagen nochmal Danke, dass wir an diesem tollen Ort unseren Urlaub verbringen durften.

Relaxing, fun and very convenient

We loved our stay at the Island in this property. It has the beach and fields to explore, villages nearby, a great pool and wonderful layout of the house and design. Nothing to complain.

Bel emplacement mais qualité des prestations pas à la hauteur du prix demandé

Content de l’emplacement , mais déçu par la location vieillissante et au confort insuffisant au regard du prix ...Dommage c’est un bel endroit mais il faudrait prévoir certains travaux pour être à la hauteur du standing et du prix revendiqués.

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines à l'île de Ré. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et est située dans un quartier dont nous avons particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité. Tout était prêt pour notre arrivée. Nous avons été très gentiment accueilli par Anne. L'accès aux plages et aux commerces est très facile.

Lovely stay

We had a great week at Villa Amelia, the kitchen ( we are keen cooks) was excellent and the gas bbq perfect for a hungry family. The beach is so close you can hear the waves and it is a very quiet area. Exactly as Marc says you need rock shoes for swimming though there is sand for sandcastles! We went a lot up the coast. The cycle to La Flotte is simple and lovely. The house I note has an application for a swimming pool and extension, this could really enhance the outside space and I look forward to seeing it done.

Super séjour sur l’ile De Ré

La maison est très jolie, propre et bien située pour découvrir l’île à vélo. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et de nombreuses petites attentions (biscuits,sel). Les bons plans (magasins, resto, cartes,..) mis à notre disposition ont été fort appréciés. Maison idéale pour passer de très bonnes vacances !

Lovely home, good location

Everything you need and more from a very stylish property. Lovely greeting from Anna. Nothing was too much trouble. Well equipped house with extras that were great. Good manual/how to book explaining how everything works. Lovely sheets and towels which is always a bonus. Great location to a beach which is perfect for rock pooling.. you must take sandshoes as it is very rocky. Not great for swimming but other beaches on the island are good for that. We loved staying here

Great place for relaxing vacation

We stayed there as a family with two kids and appreciated the nice place. Especially the nice and spacious living room with the open kitchen. You could see that the owner renovated the place with love to detail. The terrace which you could shadow with a big awning gave place for relaxed breakfast and dinner at the outside. We especially liked to use the Weber grill and the well equipped kitchen. WLAN was great which was especially important for our kids. The technical fittings excelled our expectations. Furthermore the owner was very responsive and assisted us greatly. The only critical amendment we could make is that the beach was a bit stony so that we preferred to make a ten minutes drive to another sandy beach. All in all it was a very calm place in a residential area at the border of the sea.
