Holiday Home 'La Villa du chai'

Come and discover this spacious holiday home of around 120 m², fully renovated in a contemporary style. Its generous spaces are perfect for both children and adults. The house features three comfortable bedrooms, a living/dining area open to the kitchen, a utility room, separate toilets, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The large, fully enclosed garden lets you enjoy the sun in complete peace, and children can play safely. The house is ideally located just a few meters from the village center and close to the beach. You can easily explore the island by bike or on foot, without needing your car, as up to three vehicles can be parked on the property.



Departure times are organized according to the season and the schedule of your host. The standard time given at booking is before 8:30 am. If possible, a later departure may be arranged and confirmed with you before the end of your stay. In July and August, departures are staggered to allow for the preparation of the homes for the next guests. Your exact departure time will be shared a few days in advance. Thank you for your understanding—this organization ensures each home is perfectly prepared for every guest.



A cleaning fee is included, covering normal cleaning of the property (taps and sanitaryware only). Before you leave, please tidy up and do the main cleaning. Bed linen is available as an option (sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels) for an extra charge.
