Destination-specific information
Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
At the exit of the Aimé Césaire airport, take the N5 towards the direction of Sainte-Anne / Le Marin, and continue for about 18 kilometers towards Sainte-Luce, the Trois Rivière distillery will be on your right. At the first traffic circle when you arrive in Sainte-Luce, take the first exit. At the stop sign, turn left onto the D7 and then immediately right. At the gate of the "desert district", call the concierge so that he can open the gate ( you will get 2 remote control for the rest of the stay) .
