Bad communication and dirty
"There was no communication with the owners since apparently they were on vacation. We found the house dirty, with a strong smell of humidity, nobody explained to us how the urbanization works. The place is fine but it was not in conditions for your accommodation. It was a pity that no one had cleaned ..."
