An entire estate just for you, in the middle of the vineyards: welcome to the Domaine du Moulin Neuf.

Gather your family or friends in an old eighteenth-century mill, in the heart of the Gard countryside. With its 16,000 m² fully fenced park and its view of the Gard Cévennes, the estate offers a peaceful setting, without vis-à-vis or close neighbours, to fully enjoy your reunion.

This announcement concerns the privatisation of the entire estate: the main farmhouse and the two villas Boris and Serge, as well as their outdoor spaces and facilities. Up to 41 people can stay together, while maintaining spaces to rest and preserve their privacy.

MEETING ALL TOGETHER, WITH A SPACE FOR EVERYONE

The main farmhouse, of about 900 m², has eleven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Divided into four units, including apartments, it allows different families to have their own space and live at their own pace. Some parts of the farmhouse are air-conditioned.

The large room of the farmhouse is the heart of your reunion: it allows the whole group to gather for lunches, dinners and evenings. A large table, conversations that go on, the pleasure of bringing together several generations... The estate is particularly suitable for family reunions, family reunions and holidays with friends.

The Boris and Serge villas, arranged in L'L and air-conditioned, complete the set with eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, to accommodate up to seventeen people in addition to the twenty-four beds of the farmhouse.

ENJOY THE ESTATE FROM MORNING TO EVENING

Two private swimming pools await you: a round pool eight metres in diameter at the farmhouse and a rectangular pool of thirteen by five metres at the villas. Illuminated and equipped with heating and cooling systems, they allow the water temperature to be adapted to the conditions of the season during their opening period.

A game on the private tennis court, a meeting on the three petanque courts, a game of table tennis or a moment of relaxation in the park: everyone can compose their days according to their desires. Children also have a playground.

The farmhouse's games room, with billiards, table football and darts, offers other opportunities to get together. Fibre Internet connection and smart TVs complete the comfort of the stay.

The summer kitchen and outdoor barbecue invite you to share meals in the open air. After a day of swimming or exploring, enjoy an evening in the garden, in the intimate setting of the estate.

DISCOVER THE GARD AND THE PLEASURES OF THE SOUTH

In Sainte-Anastasie, near Uzès, between Nîmes and Avignon, the estate is a starting point for a variety of discoveries: the Gardon gorges, the Pont du Gard, the villages of character, the heritage of Nîmes and Avignon or a getaway in the Gard Cévennes.

Canoeing from Collias, walks by the river, hiking, via ferrata, bike or mountain bike rides: nature lovers and outdoor activities will find many possibilities in the surrounding area.

Take the time to stroll through the markets of Uzès, to discover the craftsmen and pottery workshops of Uzège, to meet producers and to savour the cuisine and wines of the region.

Attached to our region, we gladly share our good addresses and our local contacts: wine producers, including Chabrier and Les Collines du Bourdic, canoe trips with Le Tourbillon, bike rentals and other activities, restaurants and craft discoveries. We will inform you about the possibilities and any preferential rates offered by our partners.

To prolong the conviviality at the estate, meals can be prepared on request and subject to availability: paella, suckling pig or lamb in the roasting pan, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and potatoes. The terms and prices are to be agreed before your stay.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

The cleaning fee for the farmhouse and the two villas is €910, in addition to the rental, to be paid on arrival.

The rental of the sheet pack with towels is €20 per person, or €15 per person if you bring your own towels. Pool towels are not provided.

The swimming pools and tennis court are closed during the winter period, from October 15 to April 30. Availability in October depends on weather conditions; please consult us for your dates of stay.
