Thanks to its excellent location, you can enjoy the tranquillity of country life whilst being just a few minutes’ drive from the beaches, fishing ports, Breton markets and the region’s many attractions. The cosy living area welcomes you with warm colours and offers a pleasant place to relax, whilst large windows provide plenty of natural light and a lovely view of the countryside. In the separate dining area, a large dining table is perfect for shared meals and convivial evenings with the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you’ll have everything you need.



You’ll have access to a large, fully fenced garden – ideal for al fresco dining, for the children to play in, or simply for relaxing in peaceful, green surroundings. There are friendly farm animals on the property, which are very tame and used to visitors.



The house is ideally situated near the Voie Verte cycle and walking path as well as the motorway. This makes it easy to reach Pont-Aven, the town of painters; Quimper, with its magnificent cathedral and historic old town; Bénodet; Fouesnant; the stunning beaches of the Breton Riviera; and the traditional harbours in the south of Finistère. Beaches and small coves are just a few minutes’ walk away. The nearby Voie Verte is perfect for walks and cycle rides.
