All shops and services are available in Brioude. This former priory, converted into a gîte (holiday cottage), features a fully enclosed and secure garden.

The first floor consists of a bedroom with three single beds (90 cm), a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Gas charges are extra, based on actual consumption (meter readings taken upon arrival and departure, payment made on site).
