"The property is smelly, not clean at all. The propery got bed bugs. It was biting to me, my kids. Downstairs rooms are very smelly. The stairs are not safe for kids. Not suitable for kids to stay. Never go back again. I have complained about bedbugs and they try to get GBP 200 extra from me for cleaning. There is no free parking space. I have contacted to the host for parking option and he never answer back."

"Hemos pasado cinco noches en Paris mis tres hijas, mi marido y yo en este alojamiento que nos ha gustado mucho. Estaba impecable, todo nuevo y con todo lo necesario respecto a electrodomésticos y vajilla. Es un apartamento pequeño, pero muy coqueto suficiente para 5-6 personas. La ubicación es inmejorable, zona muy bonita, con cafeterias, tiendas entre el Pompidou y el ayuntamiento. Metro, autobuses, batobus... al lado de la casa, muy bien comunicada y con mucho que ver por los alrededores. Si...

"Loved it!! It was just right for the two of us. Check in was a breeze. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything that we needed. The grocery store next door was great! Denis and Anegrete were wonderful hosts. I’m definitely coming back!"

"Our family of 9 adults, including my 2 elderly parents, enjoyed our stay at Emma and Thierry’s place. Both live on the property, but we hardly ran into each other. They’re were very friendly and welcoming. The pictures in the posting are accurate. Just be aware that there are a good amount of stairs/steps getting to the house and from the rooms, down to the common areas. We felt very safe and secure in the area, even in the middle of the night. If ever we come back for a visit, we would...

"This property is clean, quiet and very convenient. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe, but like any big city, keep your eyes open. I highly recommend this property to families that need space to spread out. Things to know… there are many stairs. There is a suite on the main level, but the other 3 rooms are either upstairs or in the basement… just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. If we are able to go back to Paris, we would absolutely stay there again."

"This was a work/family vacation and the property was perfectly situated for this. It was literally steps from the Line 1 Metro and in a wonderful neighborhood with some really nice restaurants. We had breakfast every morning at Gustave’s and were treated like locals. The host Terry was absolutely wonderful to work with and he shared his knowledge of the neighborhood. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we come to Paris."

"Sounds of the ocean 24/7 even with the windows closed. There is a restaurant on the pier is just footsteps away with good coffee. The house is amazing, the skylights let an abundance of natural light in. Would love to come back one day. "
