Perfect Getaway in Beautiful Golf Surroundings

This charming villa is nestled in the private residential area of Saint Raphael, in the heart of the Golfs de l'Esterel only 6 km from the centre of Saint Raphael and its sandy beaches.
It has a total of 5 comfortable bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor with ensuite bathrooms, and the other three are on the first floor.
The first master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and has an en suite shower.
The second master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a private bathroom. The room opens directly onto the garden and pool area.
On the first floor you will find a bathroom which includes a bath, shower and toilet.
Bedroom 3 comprises two bunk beds which can comfortably sleep 4 persons.
Bedroom 4 has a single bed ( 90 x 200) with a second bed underneath. This can be turned into a double bed.
Bedroom 5 has two identical single beds (90 x 200), a shower room with wash basin and a balcony offering a beautiful view on the garden and surrounding area.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and opens up onto the open living space and dining room with views on the pool and garden.
The villa is fully-air-conditioned, (with reversible air-conditioning) and offers a comfortable stay in a very green and peaceful environment. It is tastefully decorated and furnished as it is also our family holiday home.
This villa is particularly suitable for families with small children who will find a selection of toys and books in French and English.
Further children's equipment can be provided upon request(Cot beds, potty, high chair)
The garden has a large private pool approx. 5 x 10 meters with a deep end, and is protected by safety net barriers. The pool house has an authentic pizza oven and Weber barbecue. The terrace comprises a table with 8 chairs.

At the entrance of the residence you will find all necessary amenities such as a pharmacy, mini supermarket, fishmonger, butcher,
pizza delivery and a restaurant… There is also a medical and dental cabinet.
There are many restaurants in the bustling town of Saint Raphael, however, should you prefer a more peaceful retreat, the Clubhouse in the residence serves a variety of delicious food with beautiful panoramic views on the golf courses. It is only open for lunches and the food is simply delicious.

The region offers many exciting excursions and activities for all ages. Golf being the main attraction in the surroundings, you can enjoy activities such as sailing and windsurfing, canoeing and cycling excursions, and activities such as Quad and paintball which are all within close reach.
The Golf de Valescure Tennis Club is 5 minutes' drive from the house. It offers tennis lessons as well as numerous activities for children based on half or whole days.

Aqualand and Luna Park: (Frejus) are 15 minute drive away
