Raphaelle, spacious villa with private pool and studio

In a green area situated in the Perigord Noir, 2 km from the village of Saint-Rabier, you will enjoy a stay with family or friends in this modern, bright house for up to 10 people with a small independent studio. Raphaelle is spacious with large windows opening onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and a private garden.

It is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and the nature, very close to the main attractions of the Dordogne (the caves of Lascaux, Château de Hautefort, Dordogne, Sarlat, Périgueux ...).

Inside house
Raphaelle has four bedrooms, one bathroom and two toilets. A large living room of 55 m², consisting of a kitchen open to the living room and a dining room with large sliding doors giving access to a large wooden terrace and a garden with private pool.

Inside studio
The air-conditioned studio consists of a large room of 30 sqm, with a kitchen and a sleeping area and a bathroom with a toilet.

Outside
Around Raphaelle, there is a large terrace to relax and to enjoy nature. A large private and enclosed garden of 2500 m² and a salt water pool of 8x4 m with an internal staircase.

Environment
In a quiet and green environment, 2 km from Saint-Rabier with a small supermarket and 1 restaurant, also 1 km from another village where there is one doctor, one pharmacy, one bakery and one restaurant and is easy to walk in about 6-minute walk. Supermarkets at 7 and 12 km.

Activities
At 15 km from the caves of Lascaux, 12 km from the Castle of Hautefort, 40 minutes from the medieval town of Sarlat and Perigueux.
Guests can enjoy a walk through the walking tracks, or go canoeing on the many rivers of our region (Auvézère, the Dordogne or the Vézère)
