Two glass doors opening onto a patio and courtyard, along with a bay window, allow abundant natural light to flood in, while elegant blinds soften the glare. This cottage is a haven of comfort for four people. A spacious living room and two large bedrooms (16 and 20m²), each with a large walk-in shower and toilet, one of which is partially accessible for people with reduced mobility, allow you to appreciate the comfort of the space and the serenity of the surroundings. Its courtyard and small courtyard ensure your privacy for a relaxing soak in the spa (open upon request) or a convivial moment around the barbecue. In the heart of nature, you can explore its forest trails, listen to the stag's bellow or the birds chirping. You can discover the charming Templar church of Lempzours, the listed village of Saint Jean de Côle, its Château de la Marthonie, the Villars caves unique for their pictorial representations, enjoy the Thiviers farmers' market or stroll and discover the heritage of Brantôme, the "Venice of the Périgord"; visit the truffle eco-museum in Sorges or go cycling or canoeing... all within a 15 km radius.
