PRESENTATION On 140m², the large holiday home (grande maison) offers you everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. Fully furnished and equipped, it can accommodate 6 people. There is a pull-out bed on the gallery, which can sleep 2 more people. It has free internet access via WLAN. All bedrooms have double beds (2x90x200cm) for a good night's sleep, as well as a wardrobe with clothes hangers. Darkening is possible via classic window shutters. Both bathrooms have a washbasin with storage facilities and large mirrors and a WC. One is equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub. A washing machine is also available in one of the bathrooms for a fee. The large kitchen is fully equipped and very functional. Among other things, it has a hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. A Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster are available for your catering needs. An antique dining table with modern and comfortable chairs and an antique buffet create a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen has two exits, one leading directly to the terrace, the other to the garden area with a stone table and the pool. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs and three sun loungers. An electric sun blind can be extended to provide shade if required. The living room, which is open to the roof, is partially covered by a gallery. A large antique table with upholstered chairs, a sofa and two armchairs in front of the fireplace make for a cosy get-together. The beautiful pool area invites you to swim, linger, read and dream on various loungers with and without shade. Explore the villages and sights of Provence with its architecture and cultural heritage. The nearby Ardèche (approx. 8km) is ideal for swimming or canoeing.
## Access The wine-growing village of St Paulet de Caisson is 4 km inland from Pont St Esprit. The ‘Mas de Camp’ is located approx. 1.6 km outside the village and borders on the protected recreational area of the former Carthusian monastery ‘Chartreuse de Valbonne’. You reach the ‘Mas de Camp’ at the end of the ‘Chemin de Valérian’ between vines and orchards. The last 300 metres are on a dirt road. The house is situated on a slope, surrounded by rosemary, lavender and flowering shrubs. Two L-shaped wings enclose the south-facing garden, in which many oleanders bloom. Cypresses, an olive tree, rosemary hedges, lavender and figs also thrive in this sheltered spot. If you have any questions on site, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly gardener.

BUS STOP There are occasional bus connections from the centre of St. Paulet de Caisson to Pont St. Esprit and Bagnols sur Ceze and back.
