On the ground floor
- A 35 m² living area with a TV, sofa and mezzanine-level desk area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) with a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) with a TV and an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath
- A bathroom with a bath, shower and double washbasins.
- A separate toilet
- Mezzanine sleeping area above a walk-in wardrobe: 2 single beds and a pull-out bed (sleeps 2)

Annex:
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) with an en-suite shower room
