L'acceuil par Stéphane a été merveilleux. En effet suite à un accident de la route, il est venu nous chercher, puisque notre voiture est partie à la casse. Nous a chargé nos valises etc... a appelé un membre de sa famille pour nous transporter à la résidence.Nous a installé nos bagages.Nous lui en sommes reconnaissants. Ainsi nous avons pu profiter de l'ensemble des prestations de cette location.

Excellente location d’été. Conforme à l’annonce (la piscine est magnifique). Tout était fonctionnel et la propriétaire et les personnes qui nous ont accueillis ont été très sympa et réactives. Nous recommandons (même si ce genre de location est à garder, comme un secret à ne pas partager )

What a fabulous week in a beautiful home! The villa really is gorgeous, with lovely details throughout. The pool is huge and a lovely temperature so we didn’t have kids moaning about being cold all the time. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too hard for our taste. The outdoor bbq are is lovely and we spent many evenings sitting outside enjoying the warm evening weather. It’s a short walk (10 mins - with steep hills but off road) to the village. Unfortunately not much was open when we were there but it was still fun to visit. The pizzeria takeaway was a huge hit! We would absolutely recommend staying here for a memorable family/friends holiday. Thank you xxx

Fabulous property- a wonderful stay
Myself, my husband, adult daughter and boyfriend stayed for a week at the beginning of September 2024, together with our small dog. The gated property is simply fabulous, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need and more, we like to source local food and cook and ate outside by the beautiful pool and inside too in the stunning dining room when the storm came.
The property was spacious, cool and clean. The lady in the local boulangerie was very pleasant providing gluten free bakery too. We had a beautiful meal at the L'auberge Fleurie in Fayence and fantastic moules in San Raphael, but did not need to travel too much further as we had driven a long way from England and had visited nearby places in previous years but,simply, because the property was so lovely, we were just happy to be there and enjoy family time together in the peaceful surroundings. Communication with hosts and managers was really helpful throughout and we are so grateful for your attention to detail and your obvious care. Thank you -we would love to visit again

What a wonderful villa
We absolutely loved our holiday at Les Colles. The pool is amazing , lovely temperature and being surrounded by nature was so special. Ann has thought of everything to make it a home away from come. The village is a short walk away and we used the bakery and butchers and the cafe on the square regularly . We have already booked for next year

Magnifique maison et extraordinaire piscine
La maison et la piscine sont encore mieux en réalité que sur les photos. Tout est parfaitement bien pensé, tout est décoré avec soins et avec goût.
Parfaite communication et réactivité de la part de ANN.
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans la villa, malgré mon accident dans le jardin lors de l'observation de très belles tortues sauvages.
Nous aimerions éventuellement revenir.

Outstanding accomodation in the hinterland of the Côte d'azur
We had a very pleasant time in a well-equipped and spacious house with its large and calm surrounding.
The large pool and the terrace with its deck-chairs were comfortable places for recreation.
The nearer (Fayence, Seillans, Tourrette, Callian, Montaroux) and farer (from St. Tropez to Nizza) surrounding could be visited without any problems by bike and car.
In the end always kind communication with Ann, the owner of the property.

Wonderfully relaxing week
We had a lovely stay at this villa. Ideally placed to allow for trips to the lakes, beach and Monaco. The villa itself flows wonderfully from indoors to out and has a really good feel about it. We did stay late into the season, following a significant dry spell and a little needed tlc is needed to the pool and surrounding area is the only reason I didn’t give this five stars. Unfortunately the village was closed for half of the holiday which is not a fault of the property but worth considering and bearing in mind if you travel during the last week of the school summer holidays. I would absolutely love to return but would come early in the holidays rather than the end. Ann was wonderful with help and communication.

Magnifique villa reposante et tout confort
Villa particulièrement bien aménagée et largement confortable pour 6. À 10 minutes de Fayence et à 45’ de Fréjus ( par des chemins sinueux). Le gros point fort de la villa est son emplacement au calme dans les bois. La piscine est fantastique et le tout est bien entretenu. Un grand merci à Stéphane pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Lovely villa in Provence
This villa has an excellent pool, perfect for our family of five and bigger than many others. It is in an excellent location - very secluded but near to Fayence which has everything you could need. There is a good bakery (La Grillotine) there which we found useful for breakfast. There are a number of Domaines around where you can buy some lovely local wine. Fréjus is only half an hour away if you want to get to the coast (well worth going on Monday evenings in July and August to see the fireworks from the beach). This is the second time we have stayed here. We came back because it’s in a great location, excellent value and just right for our teenage family of five.

Very nice villa that gave a beautiful holiday stay
We spent 2 weeks in the villa and enjoyed every day. It is a quiet area in close distance to the village. The pool is very nice and we spent a lot of time there in the warm and nice weather. The location is ideal for trips in the area and to visit restaurants in Fayence and shop at Super U. The villa is well equiped and cleaned and a nice outdoor area. We would like to come back at a later occasion.

A great base for a 2 week stay
Ann's house is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the Cote d'Azur but away from the hustle of the coast.
The house is very clean, spacious and well equipped. We went as a family of four adults but six people would not be cramped. A highlight is the lovely pool and the wilder garden area is a haven for wildlife.
The house is set in a quiet village about 45 minutes from the coast. The fascinating town of Fayence is ten minutes away, with its brilliant market, boulangerie and cafes.
Communication with Ann was first class and the property is accurately described in the listing. We had a great two weeks

A great cottage in very quiet surroundings
We have enjoyed our time as a family very much, the house is very well equipped to the smallest detail, in the kitchen lacks nothing. The beds were very comfortable and we slept peacefully thanks to the canopy bed mosquito nets. If we had any questions we could always contact Ann or Peter and received prompt answers. If you want to complain on a high level, it would have been nice if the gorgeous pool had been heated a bit. The weather at the end of May / beginning of June was unfortunately not yet so warm. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation in the house, which we will remember with pleasure.

Authentische Villa mit schönem Pool
Eine schöne Villa mit authentischer hochwertiger Einrichtung im provenzalisch – britischem Stil.
Das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet – das „Elternzimmer“ sogar mit Ankleideraum und angrenzenden Bad. Die Küche hat alles zu bieten was man braucht, besonders der 2. Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelzubereiter hat es uns angetan. Endlich mal viel Platz für den Einkauf.
Die Terrasse und vor allem der Pool sind toll, die Temperatur ist ideal zum Erfrischen aber auch zum morgendlichen Schwimmen angenehm und nicht zu kalt.
Die Tipps der Gastgeberin (schriftlich auf Englisch) sind sehr präzise und hilfreich – vielen Dank Ann!
Der Hausmeister-Service ist gut und sehr freundlich, auch wenn es sonntags mal ein Problem gibt, wird es sofort geregelt. Vielen Dank an Stefan und Peter.
Stefan wies uns zum Glück auch auf die Wildschweine hin, die auf die umzäumten Grundstücke kommen können, um im Hausmüll zu wühlen, so dass wir zumindest vorbereitet waren, als eines morgens die Tiere im Garten standen (incl. Frischlingen und Keiler) und erst nach einer Weile verschwanden. Vor einer Konfrontation raten jagdkundliche Menschen ab, wenn Jungtiere in der Rotte sind, vor allem wenn man wie wir einen Hund hat.
Die wahren Plagegeister waren allerdings viel kleiner – es gab eine jahreszeitbedingte Stechmückenflut, der kein Authan und keine Duftkerze Einhalt bieten konnte. Ab 18.00h mussten wir dann langsam ins Haus, um nicht noch mehr Stiche zu bekommen. Zum Glück ist es im Haus auch sehr schön und die Schlafzimmer sind mit Netzen und Vorhängen ausgestattet.
Das Fazit ist trotzdem durchweg positiv – ein tolles Haus in einer ansprechenden Gegend um Fayence mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und relativ naher Côte d‘ Azur.

Fantastic villa in a cosy and serene village
We had two amazing weeks in the villa where we enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and the house itself. In the hot weather we spent many days just sunbathing and cooling down in the pool. We were 6 persons in our group and for us this villa was perfect.
Originally we booked it for 2020, but of course we had to postpone due to covid. In the dialogue we had with the owner in this process, we really felt that they wanted us to feel welcome as guests and make sure that everything was in order. When we arrived at the house, this impression was confirmed as everything was in perfect order and we could just settle in.
In the surrounding area there are plenty of villages, cities, beaches and nature to see and explore. The challenge is to choose where to go.
Thank you to Ann and Eugene for letting us rent the villa. It was perfect for us and made our vacation a time to remember for everyone in our family.

Perfect
We had a wonderful second stay at this beautiful villa which has everything you need for a perfect holiday. We enjoyed visiting the nearby villages, Monaco by train and St Tropez by boat from St Raphael as well as beaches and mountain gorges. We also found time to relax by the villa's amazing pool in the peaceful garden. The air conditioning ensured a restful nights sleep.
You wouldn't find a better place for a holiday. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa, we had a wonderful holiday

Sweet Provence Villa
We were impressed with the house, especially the outdoor spaces, and the extra effort the hosts made to support our stay. The rosé from the recommended vineyard was a great addition to our stay.
