Villa located in the commune of Saint-Mathieu-de-Tréviers at the foot of the Pic Saint Loup, in a very quiet setting (small development of 4 houses). Perfect for stays with family or friends (in a peaceful environment), the villa combines comfort, space, and serenity. The rented portion will consist of: ➡️ A 70 m² living area with a large wooden table. The space is bathed in sunlight thanks to its large bay windows. The 9-meter sliding glass door opens fully: you'll feel like you're living outdoors! ➡️ 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with double beds (140cm), and 1 bedroom with a single bed (70x140cm) for a young child and a single bed (but a sofa bed (140cm) can be added to this room) ➡️ 1 separate toilet ➡️ 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub ➡️ 1 shower room with shower and toilet ➡️ The kitchen is fully equipped: large refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils necessities.
➡️ A practical pantry area with a Nespresso-type coffee maker, toaster, Monsieur Cuisine, and a second refrigerator perfect for your drinks or for storing festive preparations.

✅ Bed linen and towels are included in your stay. You will need to bring pool towels. ✅ We will also be leaving our children's library and some toys for toddlers. ✅ As this is our main residence, the cupboards will be emptied, but there may be boxes on top of them. ✅ Pets are welcome. However, if it's not a problem, we can leave our adorable cat, Nectarine, in your care. A few kibbles and cuddles are all he needs!
