Welcome to Saint Martial, a village known as one of the most beautiful in the Cévennes! Saint Martial is classified as a "City of Character" and a "Remarkable Site of Taste" for its terraced cultivation of the sweet onion of the Cévennes AOP. The village perpetuates an ancestral agricultural know-how. The place offers an exceptional natural and cultural setting for lovers of heritage, hiking and authentic discoveries. The Villa, located in the south of the Cévennes National Park, offers a bucolic setting for your holidays! What do we particularly like? The tranquility of the place and its starry sky like rarely elsewhere! Ideal for a moment of disconnection, far from the worries of everyday life!

We offer you a 50m² house, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. This comfortable house has:
• 1 bedroom with double bed of 140 * 190 cm
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90*190 cm (possibility to group them together to make a double bed)
• 1 living room with sofa, dining area and TV
• 1 independent bathroom with shower, suspended toilet and washing machine
• 1 modern fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals like at home (SMEG oven and refrigerator, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils)

The property extends over an unfenced plot of 1700m², offering you a generous and private outdoor space in the heart of the Cevennes National Park, a true haven of peace!

The house has just been renovated with quality materials.

You can park your vehicle on the property.

The house draws its water supply directly from a spring <3

• Cycling: Cycle along the quiet roads and forest paths, an ideal way to discover the beauty of the region.
• Swimming: Enjoy the Gorges de l'Hérault, the Gorges du Gardon and the Gorges du Tarn. If you are more of a sea person, you can reach the seaside resorts near Montpellier, allow a little less than 1h30 (Palavas les flots, Carnon Plage, la Grande Motte).
• Cultural visits: discover the charming medieval villages, the local craft markets and the historical sites that tell the rich history of the region. The house is located 1 hour from Nîmes and 1 hour from Montpellier.
