- Living room: Single sofa bed, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi (Canalbox).
- Fully equipped kitchenette: Hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils.
- Bathroom: Shower, toilet, mirror and hairdryer.
- Outdoor areas: Furnished terrace and access to the swimming pool.

There is a rooster in the neighbourhood; he may crow from time to time in the morning.

The extra bed is for the exclusive use of a child.

Guests will be provided with a bath towel and a pool towel.

The TV does not have access to platforms such as Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, etc.; it only shows the standard channels.

- Self-check-in 24 hours a day via a secure key box (code provided before your arrival).
- Parking: Free private parking available on site.
