With a total surface of 85m2 on 2 levels, it includes on the ground floor, an entrance with bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (4 induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, bar area ...) leading to a large dining room, a first bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a pull-out bunk bed (possibility of a third bed). A back kitchen can store beach equipment and a washing machine. A large terrace with garden for relaxation will allow you to spend a friendly time with family and friends (outdoor dining table available) / outdoor shower.

The floor includes a spacious living room (television) very bright overlooking a terrace with sea view, a room with a bunk bed trundle (possibility of a third bed), a private bathroom (shower) and separate toilet.
