Furnished tourist accommodation rated 4 stars, not accessible to people with reduced mobility, 140m2. There is a kitchen/dining room of 46 m2 and 1 living room with fireplace and bread oven, TV area and sofa bed. It is composed of 3 bedrooms with private bathroom/WC each: Arctic, Botanica, Old.
It can accommodate 9 people: 3 double beds, 1 double sofa bed and 1 single bed that can accommodate 1 child or 1 adult who is not too big. The Helena room (bookable separately) can accommodate 2 people. (Children over 2 years old are counted as people.)
THAT IS TO SAY 11 PEOPLE IN TOTAL FOR THESE TWO ACCOMMODATIONS.

It is composed of: table and chairs, refrigerator, bean coffee maker, kettle, microwave, electric stove induction oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, stone/raclette appliance, crockery, television.
Each bathroom has its own hairdryer.

L'Archerie is 5 minutes from the town of Saint Lambert La Potherie, offering many services: bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, doctors, hairdressers, florist, "Green Traiteur" (caterer and restaurant in St Lambert La Potherie), food-trucks for all tastes almost every night of the week... and 10 minutes from Angers, capital of Maine et Loire, 3 hours from Paris, 1h30 from the Atlantic Coast and Nantes.

An inventory of fixtures is carried out before the arrival of each guest and a card is left for them in the accommodation or sent electronically.
Water charges are included in the rent within the limit of normal use (on average 148L water /adult/day, cf. Average water consumption per person in France in 2023). In the event of abnormally high consumption (from 10% more than the average consumption per person), the landlord will invoice the tenant on the basis of the consumption recorded on the meter on the day of departure and the tariff applied by the water company. As far as electricity is concerned, 100 kw per day is included in the rental price. An invoice for the charges will be drawn up to the tenant on departure and must be paid immediately in the event of a significant overrun in consumption.
