Gîte 4/5 Personnes Dans un Mas Languedocien Avec Piscine et Jacuzzi

Ideally located between Montpellier and Nîmes and 12km from the beaches, in an authentic Languedoc farmhouse of the fifteenth century (the Mas de Cadoule), you will find an atypical living environment with many facilities offered (Jacuzzi, children's playground, large swimming pool, pergolas, deckchairs, hammocks, bowling alley, barbecue, ...).<br>La Maison de Elise is the former home of the Cuisinière du Mas. We completely renovated it in 2022 into a very beautiful holiday home of 80M2 on 2 levels with 3 bedrooms.<br>On the first floor: a large room of 35M2 where you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a table and chairs for eating, a living room, a separate toilet with sink.<br>Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom with toilet. All our beds are of hotel quality.<br>We offer an optional end-of-stay cleaning service as well as linen (sheets, dish towels and towels provided, beds made on arrival). <br>A Jacuzzi (privatized) and a gym are also available on request. Contact us for the prices of these services. We offer you a Jacuzzi session during your stay.<br>On arrival, we will ask you for a deposit of €600 (uncashed cheque or cash) which we will return to you when you leave.<br>Only during the Easter, Summer and All Saints' Day holidays, bookings are made by the week from Saturday to Saturday, for the rest of the year bookings are free for a minimum of 3 days (strong discounts are offered for 7 days).
