  • Hola... Si te lo estás pensando... Mmm... No tiene valoración... Es porque acabamos de publicar este anuncio... Puedes echar un vistazo a nuestro otro alquiler, que está a solo dos parcelas de distancia y tiene un montón de reseñas con una valoración de 5 estrellas... ;-)... «Bay Of Fundy Breeze»...
    Breakwater es una casa de lujo recién renovada con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos y un aseo. Esta impresionante vivienda está situada en un terreno de 10 acres con 1200 pies de frente de mar y unas vistas panorámicas impresionantes, además de una playa privada con vistas a la bahía de Fundy, conocida por sus mareas de 30 pies.

    Breakwater está a solo 10 minutos al oeste del centro histórico de Saint John. También hay varias rutas de senderismo por la zona. Una de ellas está a solo 5 minutos y se llama Split Rock Trail; recorre la costa hasta el faro de Musquash. Hay muchas otras rutas de senderismo y playas a lo largo de nuestra costa para disfrutar, a solo unos minutos de este refugio escondido... Mientras observas cómo suben y bajan las mareas, quizá veas focas descansando sobre las rocas o marsopas alimentándose de bancos de arenques. Cada día se ven muchas aves marinas y águilas calvas locales...

    Saint John tiene mucha historia, restaurantes estupendos y vida nocturna. Visita el mercado municipal, donde podrás comprar alimentos y verduras frescos de la zona.

    La propiedad cuenta con dos terrazas, una en la parte delantera y otra en la trasera de la casa, equipadas con barbacoa, y también puedes sentarte y relajarte en el jacuzzi mientras disfrutas de las impresionantes vistas y respiras el aire fresco y salado.

    Esta casa está en una ubicación ideal para hacer excursiones de un día. A 1 hora de Maine (EE. UU.) / A 20 minutos del parque New River Bach / A 50 minutos de St Martin’s / A 2 horas de Hopewell Rocks

We had a wonderful stay! The house was SO clean. Everything we needed was provided: shampoo, binoculars, nice pots/pans, laundry detergent, etc. Karen was a wonderful communicator. The views are spectacular.

This property was more than I could ever expected. From the moment I booked everything was so smooth and easy. The location was so clean and had so many amazing little touches. It was definitely hard to leave and will definitely return.

Have stayed at other VRBO properties and with other rental companies, but this was by far the best place we have stayed so far. Clean, great amenities, great cookware, utensils, supply of things you don't even think about. We would definitely stay at this property again and in the near future. Great communication with owners, helpful with the little things and pet friendly.

A family of 6 (2 kiddos under 10 and 2 grandparents) enjoyed this house for a week. We hunted for sea glass. Watched the sunrise and soaked in the hot tub. It was a perfect spot. House was clean and beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Thoughtful touches and quick and easy communication with Karen. Highly recommend this house!!

When we arrived, I could not believe the VIEW we had. Million dollar view. Karen was an amazing host. The kitchen was phenomenal. We were able to easily do a huge meal in the kitchen with all of the available kitchen implements. My daughter wants to live here. Loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Host was very responsive and made communication easy. The property is very well appointed and is kept immaculate. Awesome location with lots of room. The hot tub was great to relax in. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lorneville.

We just returned from a wonderful week at Breakwater and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the Bay of Fundy are breathtaking—we enjoyed watching bald eagles, seals, and deer.The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to Saint John, St. Martins, Magnetic Hill, and Irving Nature Park. After each day of sightseeing, we found ourselves eager to return to the house and soak in the incredible view.Karen was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One highlight was being invited down to the dock to watch her lobster boat return—a truly unique experience for us coming from West Virginia.We had an amazing time and are already hoping to come back soon. Highly recommend Breakwater to anyone visiting the Bay of Fundy area.

Our stay was perfect! The house was very clean upon arrival and communication before, during and after from the host was polite, warm and gracious. The views were spectacular and the hot tub was also very clean and perfectly hot and ready for our relaxing. The rock beach at the bottom of the yard provided an excellent hunt for sea glass after the tide rolled out. We even had the pleasure of seeing rainbows on two of our evenings! The property was very peaceful and we throughly enjoyed our stay!

This was a gorgeous property and beyond my expectations. The house was amazing with spacious, clean bedrooms and a beautiful master bath. The view was breathtaking. I could have just sat in the family room and gazed at that for half the day if there weren't fun things to do in the area. We had a great time as a family in the hot tub in the evening and spent a good part of the mornings wandering around the beach hunting for sea glass. It was just an amazing weekend at a spectacular property and I really hope to go back one day. The icing on the cake was the communication with the host. Karen was super helpful and friendly and made us feel so welcome. The instructions for coming and going were very clear.

Karen is an exceptional host. The house is absolutely as described and more. Beautiful views from every room. It is spotlessly clean. Kitchen has everything you need. There are even some little surprises that you’ll love. My husband and I were very happy with our choice. We’ve stayed in many nice houses through VRBO. But, this is the best of them all. Highly recommend Breakwater.

Karen is an exceptional host. We arrived to an immaculate home, lovely local welcome gifts and if we had any questions she was quick to respond. Her home is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you could possibly want. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!
