This is by far the best equipped VRBO property we stayed in. They thought of everything and we felt home away from home. Our first day there, it was the first rain since June and it was a downpour. The place made us feel very cozy. The second day the sun came out and the property looked even more charming, with the view of the bay and a tree whose foliage is turning red. All in all, highly recommend this place.

5-Star stay, well equipped house very comfy beds and ample space. Incredible waterfront views. Easy drive toward town for shopping. We had the entire top/main floor with bedrooms, 2 baths, huge kitchen and deck, all well furnished. There is also a lower unit which was occupied, so you do not enjoy the entire house to yourself. All-in-all it was a good VRBO and we' recommend this highly for a scenic and relaxing "home-away-from-home" stay.

The location is breathtaking in a cozy suburb of St.John, NB, CA. The house is impeccably clean and spacious, with a well-appointed kitchen containing more than the necessities and offering signage to instruct first-time users, a great tool. Photographer husband loved the sunrises and other photo ops. Finally, our very quiet downstairs neighbors were kind helpers and offered to help us in an emergency, should one arise. Hosts responded quickly with assistance for a minor matter. It is a remarkably quiet neighborhood and we hope to return in the coming year.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Located about 15 minutes from the city and close to several area attractions. Beach views are great! Some considerations if you are traveling with pets: 1. Pets are allowed but are NOT allowed on the furniture. 2. There are no sidewalks so if your dogs like walks you will probably need to take them somewhere to get their exercise. 3. The basement apartment was rented to a family with dogs of their own when were there. We didn't see or hear them much but something to consider if you have pups thay are not dog friendly. Overall we found this place wondeful and a great home base for our stay in the St. John area.

Absolutely loved our stay! The property owners are amazing and went above and beyond all of us staying in the home while we were visiting family! The renters in the basement were kind and respectful and we were a big bunch in the home. The location is perfect and the views unbelievable, can’t wait to come again!!

We were 3 couples and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was SO well stocked, there was a BBQ and a smoker. So many cooking options. The view is spectacular. We loved watching the tides coming in and going out. We weren't aware there were people living in the lower level until we received our instructions the day before, advising us that we had to leave one side of the drive open for them. We thought we had the entire house. That being said, they were quiet and we hope we didn't disturb them. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed.I would highly recommend.

Very comfortable and large house. Loved the family room with a large screen TV, a large couch, and great views of the water! Air conditioning was outstanding in every room in case you are there on a warm day. Easy drive into St John's (12 to 15 minutes) and to grocery stores. Note there is an apartment in the basement. Didn't bother us at all. Overall, a Great house!

Perfect for us to spend a relaxing week on the ocean. Everything we needed was right there for us and worked perfectly. We ate dinner outside on the deck most nights and saw beautiful sunrises as well. It was quick and easy to get into St. John or anywhere for that matter. We loved it!!

Our 3 day stay at the Bungalow was all that we hoped for as our first stop on the way to PEI. It was clean and comfortable, the owners were very responsive and helpful.the view of the bay was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the tides come in and out. Would highly recommend Paul’s property!

This beautiful property is perfectly situated to provide rural peace with the conveniences of St.John minutes away. Day trips are easy with Fredricton, Moncton and StJohn easily accessible. Our sleeps were great, beds are cozy with tons of space, storage and comfort. Dining was made easy with the kitchen which boasted all the comforts of home. Each evening we enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the water, then moving into the sitting room where family conversations flowed in comfort. A short drive down the road brought us to picturesque Musquach lighthouse...a must do! A huge thanks ....such a great gem of a place to stay! We hope to be back!

Beautiful view

Paul was very prompt on response time. However the the house had everything you needed. Beautiful back yard view of Bay of Fundy! Super safe neighborhood. Didn't feel like a VRBO. Stayed here for work 9 days and if ever out this way again would stay again. I don't leave reviews, like ever... This place def. Deserves one, would highly recommend! Cheers Paul on a wonderful propert and hitting everything spot on :)

Kudos to Lorneville bungalow

Our delightful large bungalow, near St. John, was located on a large lot right on the Bay of Fundy. We enjoyed the mesmerizing tides and the sounds of blowing leaves. Very tired from our long drive, we settled into our lovely setting, home for a week. All rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped; we felt pampered. We savoured some meals and coffee/wine on the huge deck overlooking the Bay at both sunrise and sunset. Although it was intended as a base for us to get out for day trips, we loved being there; it was hard to leave after our week’s stay.

Bay of Fundy Delight
