    Welcome to the Southernmost Inn! Compared to any other Inn on Pine Island, we can honestly say, "If you had stayed with us, you could already be fishing!" Avoid the fifteen-minute boat ride along the canal's "no wake" zones by docking with us.



    Or simply sit and enjoy great views of wildlife on the screened lanai along Henley Canal.

Easy check in was able to keep our jetski just outback with ease Restaurant next door Will be returning If you want simple pleasure on the water for a value this is it for sure. Owner was very personable and easy to communicate with

Cozy and clean, though a bit compact, this spot offers thoughtful touches like basic kitchen essentials, including salt and pepper. Our rental unit includes a platform placed along the edge of the property, but do not anticipate any success with fishing from this particular spot. On a positive note, the staff is exceptionally responsive.

Nice spot to fish

The studio is nice, great location, good space for couple , but lack privacy in the patio due to a restaurant next door and it is kind of noisy daytime.

The Southernmost Inn

My wife and my self had a wonderful experience staying in the Rod studio. It was very clean, A restaurant right next door. The shrimp and scallop pot pie was amazing. The views from the canal that is right out side the door are truly beautiful. Being so close to the water is one of the reasons we picked this place. My wife and i are definitely making plans to stay there again.

Hidden Gem with a Most Excellent Host!

If you’re looking for a nice clean spacious place in a beautiful area with a wonderful host, look no further!!! This place is definitely a gem!! We were able to put our SUV and trailer in the drive, and tie our boat right to the dock in the canal. It was so tranquil here and made for such a nice getaway! 10/10 Thank you Louise!

Non inviting and deceptive

Would not recommend based on property advertising said beach is 15 minutes by boat nothing about drive by car of you don't have a boatInside stuido veto plain and not inviting especially when told it was for a honeymoon looking at a full dumpers at your door

Quaint town and quaint cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a perfect getaway. Loved the setting, the town and surrounding areas. We met the handyman, Neil. He was so helpful and lots of local info to share. A bonus!! Only negative was the mattress as perhaps may need replacing as very soft. Otherwise, the remodel worked for us. Simple but functional.

The studio was spotless and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay

I had my coffee sitting on the canal in Adirondack chairs watching the fishing boats go by. So relaxing I loved being at the very end of the island and a restaurant is right next door

Excellent waterfront

Super clean, excellent location on the canal, many restaurants near by. A plus was Comcast cable with voice remote.

Winter getaway

perfect, peaceful location! All pictures and descriptions were true. Located next to waterfront restaurant that has great food and views . Traveling up to Calusa for kayaking was a bonus!!

What a great spot

Our first time on Pine Island - Reminds me of old Florida. Conveniently located next to a restaurant. Quiet, at the end of the island. The room's amenities were perfect for us and I loved being right on the water.

Love it!

Thank you so much for making this such an easy process. The room was beautiful and outside was beautiful. The room was so clean, smelled so nice, and had just the right amount of anything you need for a stay. Thank you for taking such good care of my stay. I was there for a funeral and the property manager made everything so easy for me. So much nicer than the pictures show. Thank you!

Studio in St James City

This studio was a great choice for my husband and I. It’s right on the canal and has great outdoor spaces with a covered lanai, open porch, dock, and a place to grill out. Inside was clean, nicely decorated and just big enough for two. We would definitely stay here again.

Great staycation

My husband and I enjoyed our staycation at this property! Very quiet, good food in the area. We got massages with Pamela McCarty and she was great! Our room was clean and we enjoyed the back patio and being on the water!
