For your comfort, bed linen and towels are included and beds are made on arrival.

Rules of procedure:

In order to guarantee everyone a pleasant stay, please read and respect the following rules:

- Two security deposit cheques will be requested on arrival. One for €120 for cleaning, and a second for €500 for potential damage. These vouchers will be returned to you on departure, during the exit status.

- Parties, parties and events are strictly forbidden.

- The accommodations are reserved only for the people indicated at the time of booking. Any additional person not declared at the time of booking will not be able to stay in the property (even for a night or a short visit) without our prior agreement.PGJyPg
- Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate cancellation of the stay, without refund, and the retention of all or part of the security deposit.

- It is forbidden to smoke or vape inside the house (ashtrays available outside if needed).

- A badge access to the waste collection point will be given to you on arrival (in case of loss of the badge, a contribution of 15 € will be required)

**Before your departure:

- Cleaning is not included. You must return the house in the same condition as it was given to you.

- Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy, dishes done, dishwasher emptied, bins emptied, towels collected. PGJyPg
