"The listing clearly states: "Entire Home. 10 Bedrooms, 9 bathrooms." That is what we expected and what we paid for IN FULL IN ADVANCE. We arrived at the property and one of the 10 rooms we needed was already occupied by someone else... leaving us a room short. Contact with the host resulted in nothing but evasion and misplaced blame in our direction. Our experience here was unpleasant, unprofessional, and inexcusable. We will never book here again."

"Byecross has the WOW factor! It's a beautiful family home, sympathetically furnished and decorated to its 1920s build. Could do with a lick of paint here and there, but with lots of little ones running around it took the edge off worrying and you could just let them play in peace.
