    The Space:

    713 Winter Trout is a BRAND-NEW beachfront home with a breathtaking ocean view. This lovely new construction home has 8 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry rooms, and an above ground pool off the main-floor deck with an ocean view. 713 Winter Trout comfortably accommodates up to 26 and is dog-friendly, with a fee.



    On the main floor, 713 Winter Trout has a large open great room overlooking the ocean. Take in the gorgeous view while cooking, eating in the dining room, or relaxing on the couch. This large open space greets you as you walk in from the entryway, giving a sense of comfort and space to breathe. A highlight of the home is the kitchen area, with quartz countertops, a gas range, new stainless-steel appliances including 3 fridges (2 in the garage), air fryer, beverage fridge, double wall ovens, and a large pantry. It will be a joy to stay in and cook your favorite meals.



    A powder room is located near the great room for easy access. Step out to the back deck, where the ocean surrounds you from the comfort of your screened-in porch or private above-ground pool. Your only problem should be deciding which one to enjoy first.



    Moving on to the bedrooms, 15 beds accommodate up to 26 people comfortably. The primary bedroom and 1 guest bedroom are located on the main floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing a sanctuary from the large open spaces. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a soaking tub, and a separate shower with an extra ceiling mounted shower head. The guest bedroom has a king bed and a tub-shower combo. The laundry rooms are located in the hall on the 1st and 2nd floors with a full washer and dryer!



    Progressing along to the upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms and 4 baths: 3 king bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms, an office with a full futon, and a queen sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room. 2 king bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with a tub-shower combo. Directly across the living area is the final king bedroom with its own en-suite bath and shower. This bedroom and 1 other king bedroom have direct access to the shared back deck, with large sliding glass doors that let in plenty of natural light and offer an ocean view from the comfort of your bed.



    In the middle of these rooms is the 2nd living area with an amazing ocean view and direct access to the large back deck. There are 2 full hall bathrooms upstairs with tub shower combos, for bunk room occupants to share. Both bunk rooms each have 1 full-over-full and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed. In the middle of the bunk rooms, there is access to the lovely front balcony, with a panoramic view of Winter Trout Road and the surrounding area. The exterior entryway and patio create an attractive curb appeal for the property.



    713 Winter Trout has many unique features that set it apart as a special place to stay. The large 4-car garage has 2 fridges, a ping pong table and a Tesla electric car charger that can charge ANY electric car (please put the connector back after using it!). In the driveway, there are 3 to 4 more parking spots, allowing space for up to 7-8 cars/golf carts. Please do not park on the grass! (For taller trucks/cars, please make sure you will not hit the ceiling before pulling into the garage).



    Tasteful Lowcountry decorations and furnishings will be sure to catch your eye, as will the wood flooring throughout the main rooms and hallways. This property has high-speed Wi-Fi and 9 televisions, 1 in each bedroom besides the office and 1 in both living rooms. This property is currently streaming-only, allowing you to access all your favorite streaming apps. Another interesting component of the home is a standby generator, giving you peace of mind for power during storm season. Lastly, an outdoor shower makes it easy to clean up after the beach. A propane grill is also available for your use.



    The View: The above-ground pool is a highlight of the home, located on the main floor back deck. This screened-in deck will most likely be where you spend most of your time taking in the view.



    Please note this home has a check in day of SUNDAY and a 7-night minimum in the summer.





    During your stay, take advantage of the included 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural scenic beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.

    Also included in your rental are up to 26 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



    Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!



    Getting to know Fripp Island:

    Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



    Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.



    Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
