Basement: garage for one car, washing machine and dryer available.



Main floor:

- Bright living room with direct sea view and access to a large terrace covered by an awning.



1st floor:

- Parental suite with double bed, private bathroom and toilet.

- Double sea-facing room with 160 cm bed.

- Room with 2 single beds.

- Independent bathroom.
