The holiday apartment 'Ferme de Faustine 2', located in Saint Gervais, offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. This 90 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, and a TV. A baby cot and high chair are also available. You'll find both a filter coffee maker and a Senseo, as well as a raclette grill and fondue set (please bring your own fuel).



The apartment is part of a renovated farmhouse with three units, including the owners’ residence upstairs.



A shared outdoor area with garden, barbecue, and playground is at your disposal. In summer, enjoy a large open terrace. The indoor heated pool is open year-round from 9 am to 8 pm, shared with the other apartment and the owners.



The property is excellently located, just 3 km from the ski lifts, with many hiking trails starting directly from the farmhouse. Two parking spaces are available on site; your own vehicle is essential to access the property and its surroundings. Families with children are welcome, and pets are allowed.



Air conditioning is not available. Parties are not permitted. The owners live upstairs and are available if needed. Towels and bed linens are included. The property follows recycling guidelines; more information is provided on site.
